Ranbir Kapoor finally ready to meet Katrina Kaif's parents?

Mumbai: Bollywood couple Ranbir Kapoor and Katrina Kaif, recently strengthened their bond when Katrina visited Ranbir to celebrate her birthday. He was shooting in Corsica, south of France with former girlfriend Deepika Padukone for Imtiaz Ali's Tamasha'.

According to a recent report in Absolute India, Ranbir maybe planning a trip to London to meet Katrina's parents.

A source close to the couple revealed, "But now, from what we hear, Ranbir is gearing up to make that all important appearance in London to meet Katrina's parents. He has just wrapped up work on Tamasha in Corsica and he will soon make a short trip to London. He has to start work on Roy almost immediately but he is still squeezing in time to make that personal and very important trip to London."

Katrina has already met Ranbir's parents Neetu and Rishi and has even met them in London when they flew down for a family dinner.

There were numerous reports of Katrina moving in with Ranbir in his newly furnished apartment. Ranbir even expressed his desire to tie the knot soon, in a recent interview with Hindustan Times.

He said, "Hopefully, (marriage will happen) sometime soon. Main bhi abhi thoda Buddha ho raha hoon (I am getting old). I am 31-years-old. But right now, I'm concentrating only on my movies."

Do we hear wedding bells ringing for the adorable couple?

I hav a feeling they are going to get married soon.

Is Kat's dad really Indian? I heard members here saying "Kaif" was screen name producers gave. But I saw Kat going on record that her dad is Indian. Why would she mention that randomly?

Not really. I believe Kat. 😊 People here were saying she never talked about her dad's nationality etc. But here she clearly mentions at 3:01.

Foreigners keep family name than father's. Pretty sure Turqotte is family name. Ayesha doesn't talk about Kat's father either. Just that Turqotte is the name on passport.
