The cadets should be allowed to roam about for 1 hour maximum, everyday in the town, after the drills and the classes get over. The cadets shouldn't be allowed and should be punished for hitting the teachers or for shooting them. 😭(raj-naina) There should be separate mannerisms's classes for students like Naina and Yudi. Teachers like Major Nair should be expelled from not only the academy, but from the Army itself. Teachers, especially the principal and the vice=principal of the academy should listen to the students's queries and problems and should also suggest ways to overcome their grief... There should be special food made everyday in the mess for students. After all, students need good food after a day of mere hard-work and more of it. There should be different cuisines prepared and cooked for the cadets. Outsiders (like Neelu) shouldn't be allowed in the academy. They can pose problems for the cadets.(Alekh) The teachers should have no rights to hit the students ruthlessly. (Major Nair-Alekh) There should be no difference between male and female cadets. They are humans, and we must respect them for whatever they are. India is a democratic country and every teacher should have the right to speak up his ir her point. Not only every teacher, but also every student, every cadet, every orderly, everyone. There should be separate classes for telling the students and making them understand the importance of unity and togetherness. Cadets should be facilitated with computers. Every cadet should have the computer once a week for 1 hour maxim Every drill should be an example of a real war-time situation, so that students have better practical ideas about the battle-field. Every cadets should have a day to prove his/her innocence, if he/she has been pointed at. There should be a poll amongst the cadets and the final decision should determine the future of the cadet. If the decision is against the cadet, then the principal or the other faculty members should decide, ki maar diya jaaye, ya chod diya jaaye. There must be special Friendship classes, for cadets to know each other better. The Interactive Sessions play a major role in commuting. The cadets should have 2 days' off at the end of every one month to go to their homes and meet their parents, if willing. There should be driving lessons in the academy to train cadets who are non-drivers. The male cadets should be allowed to enter the hostel of the female cadets and vice-versa. This makes the cadets confident. The cadets should be trained more, to deal with the armoury.
• And the last one is, ki inmein se saari negative cheezon ko bhula kar, there should be enjoyment in every activity of the cadets. There shouldn't be any compulsion on anything except the exercises. Cadets should have a party time but at the same time know and understand their responsibilties.

6. no gal cadet should go with any male staff member in jungle as a part of mentorship programme.
