This way writers can create confusion in the hospital with the charts. They forget that the viewers are too smart even for the dumb writers.

It was a confusion created by Pallavi's driver. When nurse asked her what the madam's name is who just got admitted, the driver replied that she is Mr. Suresh Modi's wife. So the file has Pallavi as Mrs. Modi.🥱
