feeling bad for Aliya, without any fault both ZaYa going to suffer now.
so its true mamu condition will become bad sure that German doc will put all blame on Aliya and her unani medicine.

I'm sorry but this constant finger pointing and humiliation of Aaliya is too much for me. I can't watch this episode after episode of this, it's draining.

It is true .. right now zain and fahad has no reason to believe aaliya or Shalam... The other person who knows all the truth is usmaan saab..

The positive thing in the article is it says his condition deteriorates not that he will be dead... People in usmaan condition fluctuates in their recovery .. sometimes it will come down and sometimes it will bounce back up even stronger.. (I see those kind of things happening everyday in the hospital) so we have to wait and watch if these people have some logical brains in them
