as mangal too was a shivansh , a son of earth as shiva's sweat (actually seed) fell upon earth from where red coloured mangal appeared.

May be he is Mangal, as he was born when 3 drops of Shivji's sweat fell on Earth. Bhumi devi nurtured him, that's why he is known as Bhuma. He did tremendous penance of Shivji in Kashi. Got Mangal loka as boon.

This Shivansh is known as Lohitang, which is another name of Mars- planet Mangal.

ok so this is indeed Mangal's story then what was about the one planet ravan imprisoned in treta yug if Mangal is born in kali yuga?

This is Dwapar yuga in DKDM. They've messed up with time line in most of their tracks.
Tulasi vivah was done by Prasuti during initial epi. But Vrinda's story was shown much later during Parvati's time.
So such minute mistakes, though they are big can be overlooked. 😆
