Will Sanam revenge from Ahil's mother Tanveer?

Tanveer's past is soon going to be back to
haunt her in the upcoming episodes of
Qubool Hai.
In the latest episode it was seen that
Tanveer prays to god for forgiveness for
killing Asad and Zoya.
However, a baba soon comes to her and
tells her that she will be punished for the
deeds.
On the other hand it is seen that Sanam
( Surbhi Jyoti) does not know the truth
about Tanveer and continues to care for
her.
Sanam also cares about Aahil (Karanvir
Bohra) and therefore she gives him a
birthday care in spite of having so many
problems with him .
Aahil is overwhelmed to get the birthday
cake but misunderstands Sanam's
intentions for giving it to him. Does
