Update: Guys, can someone help me getting this topic closed? I don't know how to do it. I found this to be too disturbing, hence raised my opinion. Anyways, would like to switch off from this online update also so that dont get involved in RR anymore. Please help me get this thread closed. I agree, just because I can't watch it, doesn't mean that everybody should stop watching it. I will stop watching it. BTW, I didnt ask for show to be closed. I respect the actors a lot. I asked for team to reshoot the sequence. But then that's just my opinion. Please get this thread closed by moderators.

Now this death sequence from whatever I have seen online is brutal - a newly married couple, new birth and mom of the child killed so brutally? I don't buy this shit of leads sometimes need to be killed for story to progress - i mean com'on those stories have seen good run before they went for some such ghastly step. Viewers have had many good memories. In case of RR, it's been hardly anything on main story, i.e., love story of rudra & paro and they have already taken such brutal step. This is cruel, disturbing and getting more & more upsetting. Can we all do something really strong to prevent it? I know scenes have been shot. But still? Can we make this reaction so strong that they'e forced to reshoot the scenes.

Can we all boycott RR officially this week on TV? Can we please? I'm sure the dip in TRP will give them answers that we hated this new twist. Let's do that and make it obvious with #BoycottRangrasiya.

I'm ok is they have to show a new Paro, they can do it in new season if they want to. I'm also ok if they want to show death but definitely not now. They should give us good memories before they go ahead with any such thing. I mean this Shantanu plot had so much of potential then why this hurry of Paro death?

Please pour in your suggestion and let us show some very very strong reaction to RR team for doing this with the show!

And please don;t watch tonight's dance sequence also. I'm sure most of you won't be able to enjoy considering the death sequence hanging on our head.

I have anyways stopped watching it now. But when I read all this online, I'm actually shocked at this cruelty.

I am afraid this boycott Rangrasiya is not acceptable .

I understand ppl are very upset ...you can chose to stop watching the show and use your remote effectively .

However this boycott show / close show ...petition channel is utter nonsense and harms the actors / crew and livlihood of many .

If this is taken further by you then I will report this to the global MODS as such things can lead to legal action as well.

Honestly there is nothing we can do. Everything has been decided, planned and shot. Even boycotts and petitions won't work because most of us are not TRP viewers. All we can do is either stop watching or continue watching with sad hearts.

And yes you're right. I can switch off my remote which I have already done. It's just that this disturbed me to a great extent. Maybe I should switch off from online updates as well. Neither I will read, nor I will get disturbed :).

But I stand with my views that this is cruel & disgusting! I have no idea how can they even think that this will lead to better TRPs or xyz?

I am not doubting you and so many others are upset with this track . I am too ...its cruel . Having said that many tv shows have done this in the past and will continue to do so in future too .

However no petitions / collective boycotting ...nothing. Thats overstepping the limits of a fan and not acceptable.

boycotting or whatever is bad for our ashish n sanaya who hv given there 200 percent to this show, its sad that paro is no more but am going to watch rr as i respect them alot. i will even watch eid episode because its not their fault why punish them n why sanaya everytime she gives her whole heart n soul for her shows n we as fans fail her. rest is individuals choice.
