Arshicsji, lovely and positive bytes, even more so, the dedication. Both the unfortunate offscreen happenings and the embarrassing debacle of the show indicate betrayal of trust with the fans. The current scenario clearly shows that there is lack of intent more than anything else. W.r.t to the show that is why we are stuck in the same familiar groove again and again to a greater degree of hamhandedness. The Mumbai sequence has turned out to be the most asinine track of SC with complete omission of originality, logic and commonsense. I felt disheartened by the recent developments but the shoddy execution of this Mumbai track has undoubtedly proved their limitation of writing and also the fact that the show has well gone past its course. Our competent leads are trapped in this show which is going nowhere and are not given the due that matches their calibre. So from their viewpoint it would be wise for them to get themselves out of this horrendous ordeal. Actually it is a blessing in disguise for GR. The initial premise of the plot was established well and showed the capacity to develop into a substantial track. But the creatives miserably failed to build a strong case for the premise. One striking thing about this track is the speed at which it sank. The show once reflected vision and ambition, these days don't even achieve mediocrity. In this sequence there were too few characters and too little craft and the flimsy plot was not at all seamless, hence the flow was marred by disorderly, illogical and inconsistent relation of characters and events and a string of unconnected events that were not tied up neatly and logically in the end, but in an arbitrary manner. The scenes didn't segue neatly into the next, instead were rushed headlong for bizarre and unreasoning purposes. Hence absolutely no grace, structure and reasoning to the episodes. Storyline, characters and context were not given enough time to develop. Cvs manipulated the events to their own whims and reduced the characters' believability. No solid backstory,character history, no compelling character motivations and goals, no intrigue and detailing, no rational narrative progression - all resulted in this gloriously daft fiasco. Trying to find loopholes in this track is like standing in the ocean and looking for water. The biggest casualties were our immensely talented leads whose performances were sketchy and noncommittal and were being typecast. JW, a brilliant method actor became a victim of her dumb characterization and failed to capture and portray the essence and some shades of her original character and delivered a floundering, ineffectual and at times unsubtle act. GR usually acts his heart out and aces the small moments and nuances. But due to the lousy writing his performance lacked conviction, heart and effect, especially in action scenes his expressions were 'put on'. No matter how talented they are, if script is garbage the characters won't be as well received. Similarly the samud emotional and reunion scenes were not impactful and meaningful in all respects - visually, logically, passionately. Infact they were poorly written and unwisely directed with misleading, illusory dialogue and a telling sign of misplaced priorities. However the current RN scenes have been infused with the new vigour, liveliness and exuberance. Saras is back to his adorable self and samud ooze romance, charm and intimacy. Too much of saras these days in all his elements brings about heartache and a sense of foreboding. There seem to be ominous dark clouds gathering overhead and we too get to face further atrocities aimed at us. Still I haven't reconciled myself to the fact that our most favourite and endearing character may be exterminated at the hands of unprincipled and unscrupulous corporate bullies. The show is already massacred by convoluted, contrived and hare-brained plots and sequences to the maximum magnitude. Then what is the point or need to prolong it senselessly by bumping off the eponymous hero with 'premeditation'. It is entirely lacking any kind of logic, perception or judgement. The channel and PH people are showing an insensitive and cruel disregard for the loyal fans and they view us as sentimental fools attached to fictional characters, but not as discerning audience. Perhaps there may be a compelling business logic in keeping the show alive when the signs clearly show that it is running out of steam. From SP's perspective how it will remain a profitable venture in the absence of its titular character who is also the mainstay of the story. I believe the so-called trp aunties too root for saras and samud in this show. SP offers a new show to GR. At the same time, grants few months extension to SC which is beyond our comprehension. These people must realise that the leading actors GR and JW are the only enduring aspect of the show presently who boast a huge loyal fan base. I think SP has given this leeway to PH on an experimental basis. I don't think these proposed plans w.r.t to SC will come to fruition sooner or later. The authorities at the helm of the network can hardly be expected to take into consideration either the sensibilities of the true fans or the USP of the show as well as its future scope. I'm sure this extreme step, if taken will have a detrimental effect on the ratings and prove counterproductive. As a saras loyalist, my standpoint is he must LIVE in the show and their lame and worthless thoughts must perish. I wouldn't even like to discuss about this wonderful and unparalleled man's tragic end which is quite unacceptable to me on any account. I still would like to believe that things can be worked out and CH, PH and the actor jointly can set all issues right amicably. We can only hope for an early and decent closure.
