Well said. This show, for me, promotes most Indians inferiority complexes. It promotes: rich will always win over poor, fair skin is better than dark skin, and most importantly, liars and cheaters will always win over honesty. EMA is the height of hypocrisy and it is just amazing. In their attempt to appeal to all levels of Indian society has failed and miserably! It always reverts back to what they really think about people's role in the society and they should not dare dream big. Just my thought.

i loved this lines To make it big , you have to meet with an accident, get burnt, turn a few shades lighter in skin tone, get brand new rich parents and then maybe u'll win your Asmaan???

EMA cvs cmpltly failed in strylne n lost its track wth d start of Maha confusion drama n by
the end of Mahasangam episode thy created disaster in their own show.

That was reason why I loved this story ..coz it was about a dark skinned girl with poor parents, no godfather but just her own intelligence, hard work and determination to make it big backing her...I mean look at what they stared with and what they ended with.

I esp feel sad when I remember Kalpi's words: I never wanted anything other than you Raghav, my every path ends with you. " And these fools didn't even give her that. You know however immoral it would have been I would 've rather seen Ragna Sr w/o marriage than seeing RaKhi Sr. It was a horror show but more than that it was a victory of deceit, ego, vanity and social discrimination. A fair, rich ,vain , cunning and deceitful girl won over a simple, innocent , trusting , middle class dark skinned girl. Her only and biggest dream was snatched from her in that moment.

Indeed : Karara jawaab mila humko (we got a befitting reply) -PD 's tweet(for those who don't know)

The new developments is the mother of all cop outs.
The show started on the right foot but soon it developed two left feet.

The cvs threw the ideas they started with out of the window and shut it firmly.

As an Indian, I'm ashamed to say and I say it with extreme reluctance...but we are more racists than any other country. We accept or dismiss a person first by the shade of their skin as skin colour is extremely important here. i doubt if any other eastern country advertises skin whiteners as we do.

Rachna was chosen to be a bai daughter for obvious reasons...it looks like they didn't pay much attention to her inherent talent...like I said, they were judging her by her skin color first. They thought that the Indian audience with their colour bias wouldn't pay her any mind and got the shock of their petty lives when they were proved wrong. I think this confused them so much that they lost track of the story and the show got derailed in the process!

That's why we have this very topsy-turvey morals that go against every principle we hold true.

Hope they bring some sense into the show at least now.

Unfortunately, Rachna was made to pay for it for no fault of her own.

Well said dear👏. Now the track diverted to entirely , a wrong path, n the moral , n the meaning of the title has been changed now. The wonderful discussions on Ema also is comes to end --Without watching the show we can't review it. It s only to keep on touch for the the day in which we get our Rachu baby 's arrival on the shows.
