See, I dont like the guy either, but somehow, making a post on what can be alternate career for him, with the options given by you, does seem to be a bit harsh on him.

I agree that if he is not good, he must be told so... no point giving false assurances, but somehow, the poll sorta isnt the best way of doing it.

Just my POV...
