Most people probably don't even know who she is.

She was second person to ever win Filmfare Best Actress Award back in 1950s.

And I just looked at her Filmography and I think she maybe has a world record.

She has appeared in films in 8 decades!!!!!!! 😲😲😲 yet she is still widely unknown.

Her latest release was Chennai Express where she plated grandmother to SRK - such a shame I didn't even notice this when I watched it.

Yeah Zohra also started her acting career in the 1940s - but she didn't have any films released in this current decade, so her work does in 7 decades. Kamini has 8 decades of work.

I know people know her, but the fact she is so accomplished - she deserves much more recognition. And she is still alive today.

I'm sure when she dies, there will be huge tributes - but would be nice for us to realise her achievements while she is alive - would be so nice for her.

she is very very much known to real hindi cinema goers... she was a big superstar back then in 40s and 50s.

she and dilip kumar had the longestaffair, dilip kumar so wanted to marry her, but due to her family issues she refused to do so. she was a very well educated girl of that time belonged to a very reputed family.

She is very much known and was considered among best and most beautiful actresses of her times. I just remember her from granny roles but have read about her illustrious career in newspapers and online.
