Had to make a seperate post for this...but what a sweetly conceived scene without any typical awkwardness...lol@Nikumb's version of a dance...shuffling side to side😆😆

I loved that the dance gave them an opportunity to talk...Nikumb is hot-tempered but he cools down just as fast and is willing to reason maturely...I liked how he put across his point of view to Yamini, trying to make her understand and again asking her to trust him...and Yamini also slowly lets go of her sulking and responds to his attempts to patch up...ofcourse not before letting him know that woh bahut BHADDA dance karta hai😆...and then she's trying to teach him how to dance properly...

I liked that briefly there were two parallel convos going on...Nikumb apologizing for being harsh with her and trying to make her understand while Yamini just responding with answers about his dancing skills or trying to teach him dance...and how the two conversation threads are brought together as Nikumb comments that how does it matter if there were two seperate convos going on as long as both of them understood each other even in half sentences...and that is what good friendship is all about...

And the diary/journal he gifted her for her to pen down her thoughts in...sweet :-)...there is that anticipation of seperation hanging in the air in this scene...as Nikumb mentions that they may not meet after the play is over and the journal can be her new friend that she can share her thoughts with...that slight slip of tongue where he mentions any thoughts she may have wanted to share with him was a nice touch.

And sure enough, by the end of the epi, it is not Raghu's doing but Yamini's own action which will lead to a rift, a seperation b/w NY.

Totally deserves a separate post!

Nikumbh was practically swaying on the spot! 😆
Like I said in the other thread, it was like two people talking two separate languages and still able to understand each other. Between their clashes is this very BEAUTIFUL bond! Yamini lets go pretty quickly and Nikumbh cools down rapidly. He may be hot-headed, but he is not unreasonable! He is not full of some stupid ego that stems from nothing. He gets mad over things that affect him but he can also be very understanding!

I love his sense of humor. "Ladai ladai maaf karo. Iss se pehle hum kuch kahe, dance karo!" 😆Look at this writer! 👏

A diary is a PERFECT gift to give to someone like Yamini. Giving her a voice. A place to vent. Exactly what she needs! And so Nikumbh to think of it. But then I expect nothing less from Nikumbh!

Oh I LOVED that line! Thank you for reminding me! LOL when he said it I just burst out laughing...truly you know you're looking at a WRITER when he mouths lines like these😆...har cheez mein prose ya rhyme😆

And yes WORD...he's hot-headed but not unreasonable...that is what was so refreshing to watch during this patch-up...can't remember the last time I got to see a character that doesn't fight or patch up in PREDICTABLE ways and actually talks SENSE...WOW😆

And yes, that diary was the perfect gift indeed...very much Nikumb-like to gift her that...who would know the power, the catharsis of writing as a form of expression better than him :-) I hope Yamini composes song lyrics and writes them in that journal

I understand that itz Yamini's intense urge to help Nikumbh with the play and her own wish to have a happy ending in the life of the play pushed her to change the ending of the play, but still I do not appreciate her interference. a writer refects his own vision in his writings and nobody has the right to play with that, not even a best friend, a spouse whosoever close to him. a creation is a dream child of each writer, and it hurts him intensely when someone alters it without his knowledge.

LOL what does this have to do with the sorry dance? Which is what this post is about, no?

Maybe this should have gone in the other thread which I made about what Yamini did? I don't think there is anyone here who agrees with Yamini on what she did...who would appreciate that kind of interference no matter how "well intentioned" it may be?

But for me personally the way the conflict has been set up is good and I can understand where both characters are coming from unlike most shows where the female leads act way too retarded to tolerate.

oyiii. I am so sorry anu. It is supposed to go to ur another thread. but anyway, yes this conflict is very well set than other utterly nonsensical reasons of conflict shown in typical shows.but i will not divert the topic anymore and ruin the thread discussion.

LOL now when did I say you are ruining the thread discussion? You are welcome to say what you want...I'm just saying that there was more to this epi than what Yamini did by the end...I just wanted to highlight this sorry/patch up scene seperately cuz I felt it deserved discussion too :-)

It was so cute, I really liked how both said "sorry" 4 2 diff things while dancing & their convo bout 2 diff topics, interesting
Last line by Nikumbh regarding the 2 diff convos as u said, it doesn't matter as long as there is an understanding btw them. 😊
And the diary, it fits Yamini perfectly, nice choice by Nikumbh, Yamini can share everything & open her heart. With the farewell party, there's a separation atmosphere. And this time i guess after the play, maybe coz Yamini changed the ending, well let's c wat will happen in today's epi.

I'm really enjoying NY's friendship & their chemistry, they r 2 gud when they argue with each other.😃

Yes, I'm also loving the chemistry of their friendship...it's very naturally shown especially with the clashes...their arguments are so well-written that it makes for interesting viewing.

The play is deffo a big turning point in the story...let's see where these two go from here.
