I loved that the dance gave them an opportunity to talk...Nikumb is hot-tempered but he cools down just as fast and is willing to reason maturely...I liked how he put across his point of view to Yamini, trying to make her understand and again asking her to trust him...and Yamini also slowly lets go of her sulking and responds to his attempts to patch up...ofcourse not before letting him know that woh bahut BHADDA dance karta hai😆...and then she's trying to teach him how to dance properly...
I liked that briefly there were two parallel convos going on...Nikumb apologizing for being harsh with her and trying to make her understand while Yamini just responding with answers about his dancing skills or trying to teach him dance...and how the two conversation threads are brought together as Nikumb comments that how does it matter if there were two seperate convos going on as long as both of them understood each other even in half sentences...and that is what good friendship is all about...
And the diary/journal he gifted her for her to pen down her thoughts in...sweet :-)...there is that anticipation of seperation hanging in the air in this scene...as Nikumb mentions that they may not meet after the play is over and the journal can be her new friend that she can share her thoughts with...that slight slip of tongue where he mentions any thoughts she may have wanted to share with him was a nice touch.
And sure enough, by the end of the epi, it is not Raghu's doing but Yamini's own action which will lead to a rift, a seperation b/w NY.
