Guys, Sharada would have saved any girl who was in life danger situation, even if she had no relationship with either Suresh or with her. Sharada is first human and then woman, so she thinks of the life first and contract later. Had she not been so, she would not have tried to get the school admission for other workers kids, instead would have enjoyed employing them in her factory as child labors.
That isn't the issue though. She knows that Shanaya is behind all the problems in the factory, yet she overlooks them because she wants to reform her. They seem to have completed their order (or a huge chunk of it), so it's not hard to guess that Shanaya will strike again ... but she doesn't do anything to make sure Shanaya stays out of the factory.
