I get that. It will take time for her to heal and get over him. Plus, she isn't even contemplating a future relationship with anyone and just wants to live her life with her memories of Naren with her child.
It's just sad to see her suffering for a guy who hasn't been shown to be concerned for her even once after the train station scene. Here she is only thinking about him while he obliviously enjoys his life. He was the last to see her, he knows how much she's done for him, yet he doesn't care to even wonder if she's safe. It doesn't matter that he doesn't remember his time with her, isn't it just basic human instinct to care for someone at least a little bit?
I feel bad for Pari. I believe she is a good-hearted person and had she known the full truth she wouldn't have ever married Naren. She would probably have done her best to work with Ankita in getting her back together with Naren. At this point, she's pregnant with Naren's child too. If Naren regains his memories of Ankita and decides to leave Pari, the girl he has been obsessed with, it won't make any sense.
