I think what they meant to say is that Pari will lose her child due to Naren's driving and maybe due to complications she won't be able to have another child in the future. This will cause problems between the couple. In the meantime, Naren will regain some of his memories and realize Ankita is pregnant with his child. Since he is evil now, he and Rushali will probably try to gain custody of Ankita's child. I hope Ankita doesn't give up her child and Ranvijay supports her. Right as the judge is about to give custody to Naren (b/c Rushali probably bribed him), Naren will probably regain more memories of Ankita and have a change of heart realizing how much Ankita has done for him. The least he can do is let her have custody of the child. Or they can do an arrangement where Ankita has the child mostly but Naren/Pari are also involved in parenting. Ankita/Ranvijay are hopefully a strong enough couple by then to tackle the Naren/Pari duo. Maybe the judge will favor Naren/Pari since they are married and have money while Ankita is a poor single mother. At which point Ranvijay may marry Ankita to even the playing field a bit. Maybe the Deshmukhs will step in and help Ankita financially.

The only part which is good in this article is, Ranvijay taking care of Ankita.
