'Shastri Sisters' on Colors
The launch of Colors' new fiction Shastri
Sisters' was lackluster, according to
exclusive data obtained by BizAsia.
The new show, which replaced Madhubala'
in the weekday 20:30 band pulled in 8,100
viewers. It is worth adding that the slot had
been delivering a near-zero rating over the
past few days and Shastri Sisters' launch
has certainly picked the slot up again. It will
be interesting to see how the slot develops
in the coming days. Madhubala', which has
been shifted to 19:00 could only muster in
an average 200 viewers. The most watched
show on the channel was Uttaran' with
21,500 viewers at 22:00, followed by
Rangrasiya' with 10,900 viewers and
Sasural Simar Ka' at 19:30 with 8,900
viewers.
Over on market leader, Star Plus,
Mahabharat' was top with 109,600 viewers,
followed by Diya Aur Baati Hum' with
105,100 viewers and Yeh Hai Mohabbatein'
with 103,700 viewers.
On Rishtey, the repeat telecast of Parichay'
at 14:30 was the most watched show on
the channel with 44,400 viewers, followed
by Meri Aashiqui' with 22,900 viewers at
20:30 and Laado' at 21:00 with 20,000
viewers.
On Star Life Ok, Nadaan Parinde' was top
with 23,700 viewers at 21:00, followed by
Ek Boond Ishq' with 21,900 viewers and
Tumhari Paakhi' was third with 19,500
viewers. New show Laut Aao Trisha', which
aired between 22:00 and 23:00 managed to
garner in 13,500 viewers.
On Hum Europe, Mere Meherbaan' at 21:30
was top with 21,900 viewers, followed by
Bhool' at 23:30 with 7,400 viewers and
Main Na Manu Haar' with 4,600 viewers at
22:30.
