Could somebody care to explain why Shantanu is so scared of the bullet?

Because the bullet could easily trace what gun it came from. And im guessing Shantanu used a bsd gun so it would easily point back to him

Think some how again Shantanu will blind Paro's doubts and build up the trust so Paro would not think of doubting him.

Only one shot was fired that night...the shot supposedly fired by the intruder which injured shantanu and that bullet can be traced to the gun it was fired from which is not supposed to be shantanu's gun.

The bullet can be traced to shantanu's gun which in all probability is a BDF gun ...so shantanu will be in trouble because rudra is clever enough to realise that , shantanu shot himself ...
