I found this interview interesting

Actors do have choices - either they choice to walk away from the role when the role is not they believe or continue to act for which they get paid. I understand they have a house to run.

Only thing is do not go blaming CVs when you have made a personal decision to continue with the role

yes it easy to walk out from the role nowadays same have done karan singh grover he walked out from qubool hai becoz he finds his character was overshadowed by female lead & villian tanveer .

Though they lose financially - look for other work - fans do remember them for their good acting

Instead of spoiling one's image in the viewers mind,a good actor just 'exits the show! The choice is his and not cvs!
