Suresh Modi - A wealthy & successful businessman having worked his way up to the top with very little money, believes that people should marry into their same social class.
Sharda Modi - Housewife, loves her 3 children equally, understands that wealth doesn't always give good values and morals and no one should judge someone because of their social class.
Latika - Believes that people should marry into their same social class just like her father, married to Prateek and has 1 child named Diya.
Karan - Doesn't believe in this social class stuff,been friends/in love with Sakshi since they met, as Sakshi sees Karan for who he is and not his money.
Sakshi Mehra - Comes from a family in the middle working class, been friends/in love with Karan since they met, her parents are Raj & Padma.
Introduction
Karan and Sakshi have been in love since they met, but they both come from different social classes, Karan comes from the upper class while Sakshi comes from middle working class, Karan's dad however is narrow-minded and believes that people should only marry into the same social class and he thinks when Karan gets married to someone from the upper class that Karan will forget about Sakshi, but can Karan and Sakshi's love conquer all and change how certain people think?
