Highlights:
1) Sharda and Sakshi and their team are working on making saris from their house
2) Karan goes to the broker to talk with him about the factory and one thing led to another and Karan ended up getting the keys to the factory
3) KaSak "I Love You" moment!
4) Karan declares himself to be like Shanaya's older brother (though Shanaya wasn't too fond of the idea). This was because some hooligans are staring at Shanaya from the window and Shanaya smiles back. Karan sees this and steps out and asks them W*F is going on. This results in a small brawl (which mainly involved choking each other).
5) Pallavi tries to be a better DIL by asking Dadi if she wants to go somewhere since she over hears Dadi telling Chirag that she wants to go to Sharda's. Dadi initially says no, but later on goes with Pallavi. Dadi tries to be sneaky to make sure Pallavi doesn't know that she is going to Sharda's, but Pallavi mentally says that she will drop Dadi near Sharda's since she can't walk too far.
6) Dadi chills with Karan, Sakshi and Sharda. Happy and funny moments.
Precap:
Suresh declares that Sharda is much much better than Pallavi since she took care of everything. He walks towards the door and Pallavi accuses him that he is planning on going to Sharda's. Suresh says that he isn't a baby anymore that she has to hold his hands and he walks out.

I liked today's episode. Suresh, per the precap, may very well be planning on getting back together with Sharda. I feel that today's Karan telling Shanaya that he is like her older brother will result in some random event (like attempted rape or teasing or something) happening to Shanaya and Karan ends up saving her = Shanaya turning good.
Final thoughts -- looks like the Pallavi / Shanaya tracks are heading for an end. A part of me doesn't want to see Pallavi leave. She's grown on me and is a fine actress. But nonetheless, she's done a stellar job.
