Decent week so far.
Rudra was quick to follow the "culprit" leaving a blindfolded and bound Paro in their room and bolting the door. I think Shady entered PaRud's room intentionally. If Paro had seen him enter he would have just said he came there to protect her, but when he saw that she was helpless he planned to scare her and sneak out, but Rudra returned quickly. When Rudra came to his room's door, he found it unbolted but locked from the inside, calls out to Paro but no answer right away because Shady muffles her mouth, quickly changes his game plan and puts on an act of an intruder being there and shoots himself. Shady looks like the good guy at this moment, but Rudra had a questioning look. Rudra took way too long to knock down the flimsy door. He should have done that at Paro's first scream. However, he did tend to Paro first, removed the blindfold and calmed her before turning to Shady.
The morning had an apologetic Shady and Rudra calmly said he didn't ask and tells him that he was lucky that the bullet just grazed him, mentions about the solo window not nailed down and going to the border...Rudra is onto him and is going to play it cool. He has listened to Paro tell him to control his anger and not let the "enemy" win. He is going to gather his own data. He leaves Paro home, tells her not to worry because Shady is there to take a bullet for her. Rudra is confident Shady is not going to do anything to Paro...at least not on that day. I hope Rudra shoots him one day just like he did Varun...a bullet in the forehead. I personally don't want a redemption of Shantanu...dimples or no dimples. He is a psycho!!
Shady Shantanu is into gathering info and planning a bigger game. He needs to know a lot more about deeper strengths and weaknesses of the family. He wants to torture and destroy, just shooting one or the other is too easy!! Besides this track cannot be over in two weeks!! He is going to win over everyone one at a time. Loved Paro's response to Shady when he questioned her about Rudra and her!! She explained the "Fire" but did not explain her "Deep and serene" self. Paro is "still waters run deep" and that is worst than fire, because a fire can be put out but a raging force of water is a "tsunami" and Paro will be force to reckon with where her Rudra and her family are concerned. Paro is trusting and fair, but break trust that and you are done for. 😡
Samrat and Maithili - Good thing that Maithili arrived home on time and Samrat took her on an impromptu date. She witnessed the kidnapping. Maithili may be weak initially but watch out...she is becoming assertive each day...and she has Paro...and Rudra as well!!
Mohini, Evil incarnate...a woman's worst enemy. She was so horrible to Maithili. Allowing her married son to be kidnapped and forcefully married again for a child. Let's say the marriage were to happen, how is she planning on forcing the "fertilization" process. What if Shatabdi says she is not interested in children or cannot have kids!!!!. CVs have not clearly told us why Samrat and Maithili are not able to have children. We think Samrat has a problem and if this is true what will Mohini do then.
What kind of a father gives his daughter to a man who has to be kidnapped and forced to marry. And on top of that pay a "dowry"...at least demand one if someone like Mohini wants your daughter so badly. So repulsed by this father...he is supposed to protect his daughter.
Anway looks like Sumer is getting married to Shatabdi. Maybe now he can go to Jaipur with his 31 lakh rupees!!! They can build their SuSha Mahal there.
Mohini has a daughter who she is not paying any attention to. Sunehri took a ride from a stranger and is having her palm read and accepting sweets from and making googly eyes with...hello...Mohini pay attention to the stranger who has come to live in your house. I grew up in a western county with lots of freedom...a car at 17, but I had so many lectures, rules and curfews from my parents that I felt their eyes lurking around me all the time and I dare not break a single rule.
BTW...Rudra leaving Paro blindfolded and bound...first of all they were being "playful" before the "intruder" alert and he did bolt his bedroom door from the outside, so Paro being found like that by Shady was clever by the CVs because he got to play his game to win PaRud trust and besides Paro and Rudra don't worry about what anybody else would think. They only care about what they think of each other!!

I like the highlighted part. I am pretty sure Rudra has a back up plan in store. Shantanu is very clever and he is succeeding in his game plan so far. I loved how Paro defended Rudra. KCM needs a reality check and stop obsessing over Samrat's remarriage. Paro and Rudra do care about each other😊
