Yes but it's nothing new Bollywood had always copied. So if music was copy then it's not a big deal and nor I am surprise. I love 90s music because of lyrics, sound, singers, actors.
in dat case i will only credit the singers and actors for their voices else nothing was original not composition nor lyrics ...Some of them might changed the lyrics of it but mostly were not like there was a song ..."Tumhe apna banane ki kasam khaye hai khaye hai" ...orginally it was "Chale toh kat he jayega safar ahista ahista" so few of them ...the song Tu mere zindagi hai from Aashique was ditoo muscally and lyrically same :) its case with many :)
