One reason I prefer Hum safar over a lot of other dramas is because it did make perfect sense from beginning to end, I think that drama had the best editing and direction in recent times although the plot was not as great as ZGH ,they did manage to tie up all the loose ends like they gave proper ending to every character not just the leads

👍🏼
That's my opinion too.
The thing is that when there are limited episodes, a tightly directed serial, with a good script makes it fabulous.
And Humsafar was that in terms of screenplay and direction. Yes, it was the same old story, and there were bloopers and glitches, but by and large, every issue was addressed and taken care of. Not leaving much to pull out from assumptions.

RockChicGirl, initially, I thought that there was a blooper there too, especially in terms of Zaroon's returns.

But, after some pondering, I gave them the benefit of doubt.

At breakfast, Zaroon excuses himself from the table on the ground that he has to pack up as he has a flight later that night. When Gazala asks Kashaf if at least she would stay for a few days, Kashaf tells Gazala that she will be going to her mother's place the next day and return to Islamabad after a couple of days. And then, as you pointed out, Zaroon and Kashaf have a conversation in the bedroom later that night.

But, I later noticed that Zaroon was dressed in a formal shirt (as opposed to casuals which he usually sports at home). So, I assumed that he had a late night flight. If that was the case, the sequence of events is fine.

Didnt the scene where Zaroon and Kashaf have a fight again where he says thats if given a chance he wouldnt marry happen after this? He switches off the light. The formal shirt scene happens later...after Kashaf meets her mother ie probably after they are both back in Islamabad.

that "mummy aap kya keh rahi hain" became iconic, didn't it?😆

Was it a blooper? or was she supposed to keep saying the same thing because words failed her?😆😆

Did you notice how many times Abrar kept saying "baithe bithaye" when Zaroon told him he wanted to marry Kashaf? I think 4 or 5 times in those few minutes! He was also stuck on repeat mode. Must have been shock again!😆

That mummy aap ye kya keh rahin hain was not a blooper I remember Mahira saying it somewhere that Sarmad said to her it will create a big impact with the audience if you repeat it three times lol

Just checked the episode again. Sequence of relevant events:
1. Sara's marriage photoshoot
2. Zaroon and Kashaf in bedroom with Kashaf agreeing to everything that Zaroon said (marriage being the worst thing, not wanting to get married if given the chance again, etc)
3. Breakfast table
4. Discussion between Zaroon and Kashaf in which she asks him if he regrets marrying her (he is in a formal shirt)
5. Kashaf goes to her mom's place.

Nice observations from all...
Btw I have developed a habit of turning a blind eye to bloopers...
But I always enjoy reading out them...
So carry on folks...
