Aaliya Apologises to the Doctor for his insult but the doctor is not ready to forgive her so easily. He leaves the house angrily. Suraiya comes to Aaliya and Aaliya says it is most important for her to get Usmaan well and that's why she has called Unanii Doctor. She apologises to her for calling doctor without informing her. But Suraiya stops her and scolds her.

Aaliya is sad and thinks about the incident. She is sad because Zain took Suraiya's side. Zain comes there and says she should inform Suraiya before calling the doctor. Aaliya tries to convince Zain saying that Unani doctors have some special medicines and they can cure the patient. But Zain says they should respect Suraiya's word and asks her to forget the matter.

Aaliya gets a call from Kabir. She asks for his help and Kabir agrees to do so.

Shaziya gives a cheque to her father and says Suraiya wants him to cater in Aayat's engagement party.

Shabana is worried for Aaliya. She gets more tensed getting the news that Suraiya scolds Aaliya for calling Unani doctor. She thinks Aaliya is all alone as Fahaad and Zain will not go against their mom. She is also worried for Usmaan's treatment. Ghlam says he will discuss with Suraiya about this.

Zubair's mom comes there and shows them the cheque given by Suraiya to Zubair. She says Zubair was at mistake but all this was planned by Suraiya so that she can threw out Aaliya from the house. She says Aayat's marriage in that house should not be happen.

Shaziya comes to Nafisa and asks her why she is not going to shopping even it is her bro's engagement. Fahaad comes and asks Nafisa to come with him for shopping. Shaziya also wants to come but Fahaad says he will take her on the next day. Nafisa is happy.

Rehan finds his father is sad. Zain calls him and apologises for everything. Aaliya comes to Rehan's house with popcorns. Doctor asks how she came to know that popcorn is his favourite. Aaliya apologises again and doctor forgives her. She requests him to give medicine for Usmaan. Doctor says he already prepared the medicine and asks someone to bring it. A lady comes with the medicine. It is Gauhar, she is pregnant and Aaliya is shocked seeing her.
