Just like other systems , the judiciary is also based on gender bias !

Legal system play a major role in promoting and protecting human rights and they play a vital role in the well being of any society. Just as fair laws can give justice... equally unfair laws can lead to grave violations... turning the justice delivery system into a travesty of itself. Some laws ,esp... regarding Rape and Domestic Violence , amendments are required in present day circumstances !

On the other hand, a legal system in any society is itself a product of the existing, human and social conditions. It simultaneously mirrors the social realities , family and human attitudes,

as well as sexual and ethical codes of conduct of its people .

The Kabra mother and son violated all laws and living scotch- free without any penalty or punishment ! Why Sanchi is waiting for Anandi to come and solve her problem ? She already redeemed and well taught/groomed by Anandi and at least by now she has to show her brave and bold side and deal with this serious issue with a stable mind !

Since Sanchi's introduction ...most of us are dreaming about her demise [ sorry for my usage ...but ...fed up with this meek look ] !!! Sending her to unknown destination is a great solution !!!

Glorifying crime in every serial and in a way the serial makers are doing great harm to the society .

yep, I know what u mean...m following one show too - totally a breath of fresh air👍🏼 though its not like they dont make soapy soaps...like ours...they do have their fair share of glycerine drama..not every show is like ZGH...but atleast those shows get wrapped up in a finite time - a few 20-30 epis...

having said that...we did have some good shows in the past, but the audiences dint warm up to it - they werent the trp pullers...as much as we blame the channels or the PHs or the CVs...the fact is that OTT D-R-A-M-A is what gets the attention, the trps in India...so even though most shows here too start with some sensible concept...they lose the track midway..coz of the audiences wanting to watch ONLY masala - looking at our top ten shows...most/ all are annoying to me atleast...

though atleast for the urban audience I feel...their concept should be adopted...shoot a story, a show in advance...tell the story CVs want to tell...take a bold decision of not worrying about trps...finite fiction needs to be brought in fore,,,

BV stood out when it was introduced...coz even though it had drama..it was effectively packed with social messages, the brutal realities...some shows deserve a dignified end and I want BV to get a grand farewelll and be remembered as a classic and not as a never ending saga

I feel we dont have one single credible show which focusses on real stories, complications of working women...😔 I wish we would have one pathbreaking show like that

And This addtional offense that Sau is committing during his parole time, He Should be put for DOUBLE Life Impresonment ...a Total of 28 years in Jail 😡 if that is even possible in Indian Judiciary System 🤢 And HIS MOM to give him company for the first 14 years for supporting him and participating in the same crime😃

Thanks Ratna...that is much needed..👍🏼 Sa doesnt generate sympathy from me,..all she can get is some frowns on my head...she has flooded the screen space for too long...if she is so pyaari to CVs...might as well make whole separate show on her - spin offs 😛

i am from Pakistan in actual Yes its true Pakistani serials also have glycerine, rona dhona and some are not up to the mark There was a time Pakistani serials were very good but later they collapsed and Indian serials took a rise in here especially in cities People loved to watch Indian serials BV became highly popular here Thats how i started watching and joined India forums too but to be frank now Indian serials have pretty much collapsed in here BV none of my friends are ready to watch thanks to Sanchi ki kahani and my mother who was a big fan of this show Never missed any episode These days don't care at all there exists any serial naming Balika Vadhu too In fact she is disappointed from whole colors channel and its all serials and people are turning towards national serials again which are getting pretty better Serials here are not stretched up to so many episodes They end at a certain point completing its story unlike BV which has completely strayed from its story and dragging uselessly with extra characters who are not even leads and does not contribute anything to show's main theme i don't like Sanchi at all but i see her as a woman I am disappointed how to show her mahaan creatives are forgetting its insult of all those rape victims Its like sprinkling salt on their wounds Disappointed BV was a very good show but this present Sanchi and Saurabh drama is worst worst worst I am someone who watch show for entertainment i mostly don't talk about social messages but this is not even entertaining Its pretty bad Hope BV cvs wake up and see their serial which people across India also used to love to watch these days because of these stupid stories like Sanchi's has badly flopped

its great to know that BV was/ is popular across the border too😊 yes, BV was/ is one show which touched chords with a wider audience in quite a few nations...

and I hope CVs pull up their socks soon😕 they just need to get better by their own standards

Pakistan too has it's share of drama serials and they are far more dramatic than Indian serials too...i have watched some online on Youtube and read stories of few others on Wikipedia...most of them a story of husband who doubts his wife and then throws her out but they later reconcile or the women tries to take revenge and so on...drama is always needed on T.V in almost all the cultures of the world but thanks to Pakistan's talented actors, reasonable number of episodes and very good sets their shows still touche the hearts of it's audiences and one still enjoys the rona dhona drama...The problem with Indian shows is that they stretch the story so much that they just end up copying each other...how many serials are filled with hatred turns into love, late suhaagraat and honeymoon, amnesia, second marriages, abortions, saas-bahu, intelligent woman becoming expert bahu and blah blah blah...due to their never ending story line Indian writers now lack the creativity and can not come up with anything new except repeat the same nonsense again and again...BV should have ended long time back and plz don't tell me becoz they have still got lot's of issue to show becoz i can clearly see that none of the so-called issues have yet been able to convey the message they should...they all just need excuse to celebrate Anandi's homecoming...almost every week Anandi lands up in BH and she is welcomed as if she is some queen...in fact even a queen won't be welcomed that loudly if her visit is so frequent...Why cannot Anandi be a normal working girl who has a normal life and wants to have children of her own like other women? And she gives such big and fake smile while meeting Dadisa and family as if they have met after 50 yrs...everything looks so funny and fake that it's irritates the eye 😡

It is sickening to see he is out of jail and able to do all these things to his victim while having the support of his mother and now his brother. What exactly is BV trying to prove here?
