wen did pranay tell shruthi everything?

i had this doubt. wen did actually pranay tell shruthi abt the kidney transplantation.if it was recently then it wud b apt.but if pranay had said everything immedeately after shruthis accident and if parvati and shruthi had a patch up already then what were all those challenges which were made personally to each other.of course thrishna wasnt there with them everytime they had conversation .and ya if shruthi wasnt shot then what was all that blood which suddenly flowed from her body .they didnt paint themselves immedeately while thrishna was standing in front of them,.......................pls explain.
