I voted no. Not b'cos of any love for ⭐️Shakuni, who's completely different from the epic one, but b'cos the epic Shakuni was a mediocre warrior who didn't last long against Sahadev, and always fought 2nd or 3rd ranked warriors, such as Draupadi's sons. There is no reason to glorify Shakuni - ⭐️ or epic - by showing him as someone who couldn't be slain w/o deceit. Someone like Shikhandi (the real one, not ⭐️ mock-up) could have killed him easily. Except that Sahadev was the one who had sworn to kill him.
Also, I want Sahadev to kill him w/ a spear or an arrow, like in the epic, and not using his ax or sword. In Ramanand Sagar's Shri Krishna, they showed Nakul (instead of Sahadev) easily disarm & kill Shakuni. That was accurate, except for the part about Nakul killing him. I want ⭐️B to do the same thing.
In fact, since this is a distortion ridden serial, I'd like Shakuni to witness Dury's defeat by Bhima, and then get into a battle & killed by Sahadev. In fact, I think it may happen, and that it may be Shakuni who gives Ashwi the idea to kill Draupadi's sons @ night. They may follow that up w/ Bhima/Arjun fighting Ashwi, and Sahadev killing Shakuni.
