what i meant to say was , that although she sang fine, but the popularity of the song and it's acceptance in the general public matters the most...after-all she has to depend on public votes for her entry into the galas

I think she wanted to prove Alisha wrong by singing a bhajan. Remember Ankita wants to make her mark in II3? I think the song choice could cost her though, even though she sang so well.

But will the public vote for her? They may feel she is going against the image she set since the beginning of II3? 😕 Seeta aur Geeta comparison? Even Javed saab was asking where his Geeta was? Public could be asking the same thing. But I think her exit left a positive impression in people's mind. Anything could happen. 😕 😕

If she had picked another Sunidhi song, people would have said she is singing the same type of songs again. I guess she has finally put an end to that. Even if Ankita is out tomorrow (won't be surprised if thats the case), people won't say she can only sing a certain type of song.

I think it was perfect. She wanted to show she was versatile and she did with a bang.

b4 ppl were always kept sayng dat she dosnt deserve to stay in II coz she cant sing al kind of songs den y others r not showing thr versatility by singing fast no songs as gud as her.. i wud have luved to see others singing fast no songs wit performance.. 😕
