Happy father's day to all father's on IF.

Plz post yor thoughts poems or waht ever you want for your dad here. i will start with a tribute to my dad.

dad where ever you are I want you to be very happy.

You are always with me and will be with me

with the wonderful memory of time we spent together.

You were the best dad my best friend and

one person i loved the most in whole wide world.

dad I miss you and need you but

I am happy knowing that you are and

will be in some wonderful place

because you were the best person I ever knew

Sub se pyare hai mere papa
Duniya se nyare hai mere papa
Mera garv hai mere papa
Mera aadarsh hai mere papa
Lakho ke chahite hai mere papa
Kash mere paas hote mere papa
Nahi hote bhi mere dil mei hai mere papa
Aur sada mere dil mei rahenge mere papa

Palako pe mujhe jisne bithaya
Rajkumari ki tarah jisne mujhe pala
Bachpan mei jisne mujhe sajaya sanwara
Apni ankho ka tara jisne mujhe banayaa
Apne dil ki dhadkan jisne mujhe banaya Aise hai mere papa

Apne se vida karke khud roye mujhe rulaya
Achachhi insaan
banana mujhe sikhaya
Duniya se pyar karna mujhe samjaya
Apne aadarsho ko paalna mujhe sikhlaya
Burai ose hamesha ladna mujhe sikhaya Aise hai mere papa

Jisse maine subse jyada pyar kiya
Jisse alag hoke kabhi chain nahi paya
Jisko kabhi bhula nahi payi
Jisko maine kabhi kabhi sataya
Phir bhi kabhi na Inhone mujhe danta A ise hai mere papa

Diwali mai janamkar parivar ko khush kiya
Sari duniya se pyar kiya
Sabko hamesha samman diya
Dukhiyo ki hamesha madad ki
Vasant Panchmi ko deh tyag lakho ko rulaya
Marte marte bhi apni ankhe daan ki
Aur kisi ko drishtivan banaya Aise hai mere papa

This poem is
father's day special and a tribute to my loving father. happy father's day again to all dads.

raksha awesome

papa naam aate hi
aankhen hain roti
dil hota hai udaas
aaj main khud hun ek ma
lakhon padte hain karne tyaag
pur jab yaad aate hain papa ke tyaag
apne aap ko paati hun bahut shunya ke kareeb
kaash mere papa hote mere bahut hi kareeb
rakhti unko sanjo ke dil ke paas
apne dil me apni aankhon me hai bus unki hi aas

First of all let me size this opportunity to say Happy Father's Day to all the fathers on IF forum and the fathers of the whole world.

I dedicate this poem to my father who died on 25/07/97.

It has been nearly 9 years since his death and I still miss him as if it were yesterday.

How I remember so vividly that very painful day,
When I got the news that Dad passed away,
I felt as if my heart was torn out and a part of me
had died along with him that day.

Even though I was a adult, I was still Daddy's little girl,
I felt so lost without him! Where was Dad, my strength,
my confidant to help me through this nightmare?
Where was Dad who had all the answers to life's problems? How could I possibly get through this without him?
After all, he was the one that I would turn to when I needed an answers to my problems.
Now life and all it's problems were in my hands! How scared I was! I felt so alone!

Dad and I never made the time to say things we wanted and should have said to each other before his death.
I guess that is because, like most people, you just never think that unthinkable day is going to come,
but it does suddenly, you lose a precious part of your life, one of two people that have been with you since you first came in to the world kicking and screaming.

Somehow, I don't think I will ever forget him nor do I want to.
Now I believe I will just learn to live my life in a much different way.
How I wish he were still here to give me his advice when I need it.
People say that once your loved ones dies they are still around us to guide us through life's trials and tribulations.
I would like to believe that! I would like to believe that he is still here with me today.

I hope he knows that he will always be a part of me and I will forever hold all that precious memories we shared together deep in my heart.
I will always remember all his sound advice and all that he taught me.
Most of all, I will remember his famous pharase,
"listen to Daddy, Arwax!"
He has been an inspiration to me and he has helped shape me in to the woman that I have become today.
Thanks for everthing Dad.

I love you!

Your daughter

On the occasion of Father's Day this Poem is in honour of all the fathers past or present who had a lasting imprint on each of our lives, whether you be a Son or a Daughter.

If you happen to be blessed and still hay
your father in your life, I hope that through
this Poem and through this IF Forum you
come appreciate all the wealth that
you have in your life!

Lastly, for all those who have severed ties
with their Fathers because of petty
difference, I hope you come to realize all you
are missing and find a way to bring back
Peace and Harmony in to your Relationship!

That was so beautiful arwax..your poem was so touching. I really had tears in my eyes reading it. Its so true, we really take our parents for granted when they are alive and with us. By god's grace my parents are alive and healthy, and your poem makes one realise how important it is say how much we love them, before we lose that opportunity. Thanks arwax, for sharing your poem with us🤗.

I would like to dedicate this poem to my dad, the best dad in the world. I miss him so much, I wish i could see him more often and spend more time with him like i did when i was in India. This poem is to thank him from the bottom of my heart for being there for me during the good and bad times in life, and for being the special and awesome person that he is.

"Dad, Thank You."

Thank you for the laughter,
For the good times that we share,
Thanks for always listening,
For trying to be fair.

Thank you for your comfort,
When things are going bad,
Thank you for the shoulder,
To cry on when I'm sad.

This poem is a reminder that
All my life through,
I'll be thanking Heaven
For a Special Dad like you."

I agree it is beuatiful poem .. I cannot read these peoms as it makes me cry. It is so hard to loose a perosn you love most and that also at very young age. It feels like your entire world is gone. My dad died of heart attack so he was gone just like that with all of us young. In 20's and teens and few years later my mom died. So it felt like we had no one and we all had to grow up without parents support.

So we should always tell our parents how much they mean to us and that is the best mother or father's day gift fyou can give to your parents.

I agree raksha, its so important to tell them how much they mean to us, before we lose that chance. I cannot even imagine my life without them in it.
