RED SWASTIK was treated as untouchable- Vinod Pande
Filmmaker Vinod Pande (of YEH NAZDIKIYAN fame) is livid. His Sherlyn (Mona) Chopra starrer, RED SWASTIK, released last Friday, could not open in any multiplex of Mumbai. A handful of cineplexes confirmed a couple of shows per day to Pande but backed out at the last moment.
It was perhaps, due to the sex content of RED SWASTIK that multiplexes opted to steer clear of it. Says a crestfallen Vinod Pande, " RED SWASTIK was treated by cineplexes as an untouchable film. It's sad, very sad."
