Hi Dear, first of all, welcome to the forum. Okay, to answer your question, Dev came as Raju because after the suicidegiri kaajjal had done to convince Dev to get married, dev forcefully agreed. They had made a plan that next day DK would go to Devs farmhouse and spend their day together. But while dev was on his way, he had gotten kipnapped, and somehow landed up in rajgiri. Everyone back in mumbai thought that Dev had died. The little kidnapping wasnt just an incident, Devs oldest brother KAran, and devs bhabhie Ameesha had planned all thhis to kill dev. During Devs death rituals, they showed in a flashback that Dev had come back, since he really never died, he came back to his house, thats when he saw Karan talking to a man, and talking about how they planned to kill Dev. Dev then decided that he would go away and become Raju. It was only Kaju then who believed that Dev didnt die. She had gone crazy convincing everyone that Dev couldnt leave them. So Kaju went on a hunt to find dev or clues of dev being alive. She followed a bus, in which she thought dev was in, she found clues, and she even through her radiocity posted a missing report on Dev. Then one bus driver called Kaju to day that he saw Dev there. But the person the bus driver saw was dev when he had turned into Raju. Kaju did go to rajgani to find Dev, and when she went she found Dev/raju and believed it was dev. after dev did a lot of convincing, kaajjal finally realized that this wasnt dev but raju but yet again later she came back to get rajus help and when dev was convinced that kaju thought he was only raju, he agreed to go back. Later they revealed that Dev acted as Raju with the purpose of finding out and doing jasoosgiri on karan and ameesha, to see why they wanted to kill dev, what they were up to, and to make sure no harm went on NT MOM and kaajjal. HE said that he had to act as Raju even infront of Kaju so that kaju doesnt know, and no one else finds out of his plans.
