i think aditi may not be sunaina...but noticed one thing when roli get into the bw house she gave a weird luk...its also said the future story is roli goes to ahmedabad(simar's place) taking surbhi nd khushi for wedding shopping of prem-surbhi nd there simar finds the truth that karthik is head of the hospital nd informs roli...think aditi also goes there...hope most of the secrets will be revealed there
