2015s Eid Booked For Salmans Bajrangi Bhaijaan

Salman Khan is already geared up to light up theatres this Eid with his Kick. But the terrific news lately has been that of him getting roped for Kabir Khan's next. Kabir and Salman had earlier given a hit like Ek Tha Tiger which had starred Katrina Kaif. Given that Kabir is currently working on Phantom, Katrina would have been a natural choice for this film too but given her history with Salman, this was probably evaded.

If you thought Eid 2014 is pinnacle of Bhai-show, wait-for-it, Eid 2015 will have Bhai written all over it with this film that is titled Bajranji Bhaijaan, where Salman will slip into playing the titular role.

Confirming the news in a tweet, director Kabir Khan wrote, "It's interesting to see people react to a film's title. Got similar reactions to #EkThaTiger. Now wait for #BajrangiBhaijaan :-) I love it... Salman Khan as #BajrangiBhaijaan is going to be very special... Both of us are very excited to start this journey... Yes Kareena is in #BajrangiBhaijaan and we release on Eid 2015 :-)"

Salman and Kareena were last seen together in Bodyguard and then in an item number in Dabangg 2 together. The film is all set to go on floors in November 2014 and will release on Eid next year. The film will be produced under the banner name Salman Khan Ventures.

Interestingly Superstar Shah Rukh Khan too was targetting Eid for the release of Fan which is being directed by Maneesh Sharma. But since SRK has completely immersed himself in Happy New Year, there is good chance that Fan will get considerably pushed towards the later half of 2015.
