AD AND bani onli did the satth phere he didnt apply any sindoor or tied a mangalsutra so it was half a marriage..where as with JB they got marreid completely hope that helps!

to try and answer your question, after seeing the video, there were no pheras shown between either bani and jai or Bani/durga and AD. only AD says so in one of his dialogue. but, Bani, sat with both of them in the mandaps. she took the MS from Jai, refused the sindoor from AD, jai was too shocked to apply the sindoor. 😕 😕

So, now, you deduce whether marriage took place or not..? coz, according to HMA saat pheras is a must, all the other symbols of marriage like sindoor, MS are not a big criterion...!!!
