That ill foreboding feeling that plagued Aahil, made him reluctant to leave without checking on Sanam. He's assumed himself as responsible for Sanam's safety, thus he felt she should've told him before leaving to see Badi Ammi. Of course Ms. Alleycat was trying hard to pull Aahil back.

Then he just left everybody at the roadside to run off in search of Sanam in the empty house in a panic. He'd been there before, not long before, the crippling panic fuelling his frantic search.

Full on dramatic rescue. His relief when she came to ... beautiful to watch, really. Her crotchety knight in a shining luxury car...

Then everything went south so fast, I couldn't say What the-' fast enough...

Aaahhiiilll !!! WHY ? WHY?

Why didn't you just hold her or ask her if she's ok! Why did you go and scold her ! Okay, it was a little silly to be looking at the inside of a humongous washing machine, but she's telling you SOMEONE LOCKED HER IN !! And you don't believe her?

Worry is boggling his mind...

Then when I thought it couldn't get any worse, IT DID !

Now they are fighting like a couple...

She's riled up and furious that he thought she can cook up stories while she was dying. Why should I matter to you? I am but an employee, why do you care? Anyway, you hate me! You believe the worst about me ! Because you hate me !

Oh!? I came back to search like a madman for you because I hate you! Okay fine, I hate you ! (No, you lovable idiot! You DO NOT say things like that to a girl!

Then he catches her by the arms and goes on a semi confession of her importance in his mind. The more he tries to push her away, the more she occupies his mind. He wants to know what she means to him.

I believe this is the first time I see an emotional reaction in Sanam towards Aahil. Til then she thought he hated her, but her shocked tearful eyes show something else now : realization.
