ThakurSa might have given them a pic. In one of the previous episodes, Aman informed Rudra on the phone that Tejawat has escaped Sarhad Paar to his friends. He might have sent them here, with complete info on Rudra and Paro. Also it's not a new thing for criminals to infiltrate the justice system. Agreed , to show him infiltrate the army is stretching it a bit too far, but it has happened in movies and shows before ( Hollywood). Plus, here it helps move the story forward.

My question: all are killed, how does he kno paro is the bride... And if he knows then Tejawat is the only one to tell him...

Or shantanu is mislead by tejawat...😆
