Hello Guys!
As its Sunday it means no Ishra đ. So I thought lets start a discussion on Sinmi!
I don't know if you guys noticed, since the Param track, Sinmi was all upset etc and you know she was ready to take revenge but I noticed one thing that since the Adi Ke Liye track began, her character is shown to be calm? I mean I know she is helping Param secretly.
Like the time when she adjusted Ruhi's hair after Raman dressed her up, Swearing at Shagun after her brother was spotted carrying Shagun out of the building and looking at behind the scene videos, she is standing behind Ishita which in some ways could portray that she is with Ishita..!!
Or her being on silent mode shows some sort of storm coming?
Im not supporting her, but just confused about her character! That's my opinion about Simmi's character at the moment.. What about yours?
Also! Comment in my Dream Karo Post!

Great topic!!!! I'm glad you started this :)
Honestly, I don't think that she wanted revenge from Ishu right after the param debacle; rather, when she saw Ishu and Raman sharing a moment with the balm, she got pissed off b/c here was Ishu, 'enjoying' her married life while because of her, Param was in jail and her baby was basically fatherless for the time being.
Men like Param are v. creepy; not just because of the sexual harassment, but by the way they can strike chaos and "fasaad/fitna" (for lack of a better english word lmaoo) in people's emotions and whisper in their ears. Like Param is mirchifying Ashok right now, he persuaded Simmi with his slick words. Doesn't help that no woman wants to think her husband is after other women, esp her bhabhi.
And the reason why I think Simmi is just hurting a great deal rather than completely evil towards Ishu is because her ideas for revenge are so laughable. Making Ishu cook chicken? Naamkaran? So juvenile, almost like pranks. (Ok, naamkaran was pretty messed up, but compared to other 'vamps' in EK's shows etc etc ... ).
I think also she calmed down b/c she was worried Param might be Amma's accident-perpetrator, and when both Ishu and Raman said no, then that kind of made her relieved, esp since both of them basically announced it. Also perhaps Ishu and Amma's forgiveness of Param? And the fact that Ishu actually made the gesture to invite Param; though Simmi used this as a way to humiliate Ishu... Mr Bhalla esp Toshi's declaration that she has to rid herself of Param (right after naamkaran) might have also made her reflect and quiet down; her own mother who is like a lioness in her defense is telling her to get over Parmeet! I think that once Param is exposed to her completely, she'll rid herself of him. I
I say that b/c I still have hope in her; remember how pissed off she was at Param for accepting Ashok's help? And how she continued to brush off Shagun in the beginning? Her love for her family is what is going to be her redeeming quality, I think. Because, in the end, they are her family. When Param was still shown to be positive, they all helped her out. And Ruhi is still her neice, so she'd still try to help take care of her.
I'm hoping she becomes positive quickly. But to be honest, Simmi is a pretty tame character, even with her negativity (surprising b/c usually when a nanand is evil esp in EK serials, they are EVIL).
