In today's episode Durga was shocked after hearing the Dev's accident news. She was worried for his well being. She can't see him getting hurt.

Yes no matter how much she hates him, she still cares for him. I guess they shared unrealized more-than-a-friend relation.

Yes it wasn't her motive to see him killed by shaurya she just wanted to separate him from his loved ones so he can feel he pain but even she somewhere knows that se still loved him today and that was obvious today in her expression
