why raj is so restless

can anyone tell me why raj is keep telling that he does not have much time? i just dont get it.i mean is raj suffering from some disease or something like that?even if the djs show that raj dieing saving naina or naveen then also raj should not b aware of that now. so what is this?only one thing is possible that raj is restless cause he cannot see naina angry with him and so he is in a hurry to prove himself innocent in front of her. what do u guys think.please reply and add ur views.

suddenly for a moment i read it raj is shirtless and 😆 thank god hes restless not shirtless phir mere behano ka kyaa hotha ,aaj waise season 1 me wohi scene aaya tha raj ka where ritu sees him shirtless it was so funny 😆

I think he is tired of being the bad guy in Naina's eyes and is eager to make her understand that he did care for Navin and he does want to get justice for his death.
