Meeting Room - keeping the nature of the topic to be discussed, a more casual place was choosen like the bedroom, instead of the usually meeting set up as the Kitchen and the dinning room
Maithali - Ma'am, I have heard the rumours that you are considering getting a replacement for me. How could you do that? I am absolutely shattered on learning this!! Is it true?
Ma sa, the Boss - I didn't want you to find out like this! I wanted you to meet the new hire once she was on board! Which is why I suggested you go on a break... take a holiday! This would have helped you prepare of a jobless life for sometime. And would have given me time to get the new hire on board and complete her orientation.
Maithali - I have given you my sweat and blood for the past 5 years. I considered every team member as my own family member and you go and do this to me. I have protected the company secrets by my live and have never let anyone tarnish our reputation. My work was my life. All my team members love me... in spite of all this you are trying to find a replacement for me?
Ma sa, the Boss - So what do you want? A "Best employee" award or better still, an increment? I can do that if that will make up feel appreciated. But what can you do to take our company to the next level. Your current skills are not sufficient for that!!
Maithali - I have been multitasking all these years and have over exceeded expectation in all my appraisals. Are you going to fire me just for getting low rating in one skill areas?
Ma sa, the Boss - One skills??? That one skills is a mandatory requirement to take the company to the next level. And I will do anything for that.. even if it means firing you!!
Maithali - Sorry Boss!! I wouldn't allow that!!

Maithali - I know that!! Corporate can do anything they like... play with employees lives!! I studied that in my MBA... but I know my right!! And I will not let you bully me!! Have you heard of Trade Unions??? Media??? Justice System??? Plus I have team members within the company who will support me, if push comes to shove!
