From the last three episodes ahil is wearing every button of his shirt that means till collar bone...I think he himself started to behave in a disciplined way...Now he doesn't talk to sanam in a rude way...doesnt take swims openly...wears full clothes...nor he is going to any other girl. ...I think after some day's he will also try to be like rehan at least in his mind he would curse himself for being like that...The same person who used to say that he is bad started to act good that too for sanam...
