Rajshri Productions has been producing Pyaar Ka Dard Hai... on Star Plus for two years and is all set to launch another of their new ventures on Life OK soon. The show that was tentatively titled Khel Khel Mein has got its final title in Mere Rang Mein Rangnewali.
The serial that will present a joint family with three generations staying together has Babuji' Alok Nath playing the patriarch head of the boys' family. The male lead will be played by The Buddy Project fame Samridh Bawa and the female lead by a newbie Pranali Ghoghare.
The show is touted to be a complete family drama with a slice of life' story about young love. The title too has been taken from Rajshri's popular song from Salman Khan starrer Maine Pyaar Kiya.
Now, here is another update on the cast of the show. Talented actor Vishnu Bholwani, who impressed viewers with his menacing demeanour in Jee Le Zara, has been roped in to play the main negative character in the project.
Playing a lawyer, Vishnu's character will have a sweet and loving face in the public whereas he will be selfish and money minded in real life. His only intention will be to get the property of the family.
When we spoke to Vishnu he said, "Yes, I am playing a grey shaded character once again. Although I would not like to comment much on it but it is going to be a very beautiful show with lots of elements and emotions packed in."
