Who plays Catalyst to whom?

I think Nida will be the biggest catalyst in disguise as Tanveer may feel threatened by Nida. But again, khala khalu on Nida's team dont know how this pans out

Lateef has already started to become a catalyst as somewhere he has instigated the thought in Sanam's mind that she could be in love with Aahil

Rehaan may definitely directly or indirectly make Aahil confess.

Sahil may catalyse Aahil to turn negative but hopefully not

Dilshad's illness a higher probability bcoz Sanam can't get married without Dilshad and not possible in her presence.

Tanveer may be bcoz of his son falling for cook or realising Nida being a threat can catalyse Sahil marriage

Sahil marriage is sure to happen but we will have to wait to know the catalyst.

Rehaan may sacrifice even if he loves her bcoz I remember in some of initial episodes after leap,there was a scene where Aahil gives him his watch and Rehaan says in his thoughts that I have or will never wish for something that is yours or something like that.Hope they keep Rehaan positive

And I dont know why I have an intution that if not Sanam,cvs are planning to give him Aasma.

But seriously i wish that after realisation of love for each other,sanam and aahil elope and get married.And some how they land up in Razia's house.Wow too good to be true.Then neither Dilshad nor Tanveer will create a problem.
