Randhir summoned the 'Team spirit'

The best part of the episode is the adjustment randhir makes at the last moment- he just connect the new springs one side each, he parth and vidhushi hold the ends of the springs , two springs each. So the force they are giving will be flexible accordingly as they can manage it by giving needed force pull...in other words if the new springs also connected from both sides it won't be adjustable as per the needed force. So, a big hand for this Team Work' . The three of them would have felt sanyu's falling weight means the force to their shoulders, but they were still holding the springs tightly.

A greater share of the applause should be credited to Randhir there and his presence of mind. If not for his last moment decision, things would not have turned out in their favour. I'm glad that Parth and Vidushi also had their faith in him and did what was required. The three of them made it up for Sanyukta...

What sanyuktha rehearsed previous night didn't build the faith between them, as long as vidhushi has preference for her greed of wealth. But the situation was rocking creative and when it came to the Action time , it was not sanyu's rehearsal which came forward, but indeed randhir taking the correct decision at the correct moment , plus the team spirit ,,, feeling that it is their duty to save sanyu's life. Had anyone loose their hand from those springs without bearing , the result would have been a different one .
