Not Fair

I can't believe how unfair this competition has become. It's unbelievable that people like Suhit stayed for as long as he did, as he is only suited to Rock music, and has a very rough voice. He is not capable of doing other songs. I think Indians should judge a contestant on his/her singing, not by how cool he is, this is not advertising.
I agree with everyone about Rehan. although he's got a pleasant sounding voice, he is out of pitch,sur and taal. He needs lots and lots and lots of practice.

Secondly I can't believe that Bhavin was voted out although he can sing a variety of songs and he knows the high and low pitches and is aware of sur and taal. His last three performances were excellent.
Chang is very pleasant sounding and amazingly most of the time in sur, considering his anchestors are chinese, he sings well. Though I believe he still has a very strong accent at times.
Pooja on the the other hand I think is overrated. She sings with her nose most of the time, and like Richa I believe she too sounds like a child singing.
Especially if you listen to her sing "Ek Pyar Ka Nagma" you'll notice her childish voice.
Richa is 16 years old, however everybody in the show and the general public make excuses for her behavior claiming she is too young. I mean come on, she is not that young, most girls her age have quite mature personalities. She was acting like a little girl of 10 years old. Her behaviour with Prashant was uncalled for and rude (even for a child of 10 years old). Didn't her family teach her anything.
Looking at her change in personality in the last week that she was purposely putting on this childish innocent behavior to gain sympathy from the judges and the general public. Also I believe she has a childish voice, though a good singer, she needs to have a more mature sounding voice, as when she sings she sounds like shes got a cleft palete (toungue touching upwards always).
Ankita was good with only sunidhi type songs, but I believe she is too confident, and thinks she is too cool. she is also too much of a Tomboy.

I think the Indian general public like to hear nasal singers Like Sameer from Little Champs (Sa Re Ga Ma Pa), who I believe is not is sur most of the time, and has a rough voice. I believe Divaker gets much less credit then he deserves, as he is very aware of sur and taal and sings and sings wholeheartedly. I think that Divaker is much much better than Sameer.

Getting back to things, I believe out of the guys Emon, Bhavin, Parleen, Prashant, Amit (In that Order) are good singers.From the Girls I believe Deepali ,Charu and Vartika are very good singers (In that Order).
However an all rounder singer who can sing upbeat songs as well as slow mood songs is EMON. GO EMON. SECONDLY I would say DEEPALI.

I agree with you wholeheartedly. Ever since Richa's immature behaviour with prashant, I have totally lost respect for her. She was so stupid. "I cannot go into his room to practice. I have to practice in my room". yada yada yada. Jeez girl, you are all comeptitors. What's the difference if you practiced in Prashant's room or your room. Prashant's room was empty and he invited you to practice in peace and quiet, but she starts crying & behaving all immature and starts wasting time. Relax stupid, he is a police officer by profession. He's not going to do anything to you. Idiot.

Prashant is one hell of a singer and so is Chang and Emon. Among the girls, I really enjoy listening to Charu and Deepali. She is just something. I hope that any of these become the Indian Idol.

Like I said in another post before that the public voting gets rid of the best person to be the Indian Idol. People are just looking to see who is from their town, village or city and the votes go to them. People are not looking at talent. Even the judges get stumped by the way the voting is done.

SUHIT IS THE BEST 😃

If Sandeep can win the competition last year
If Ravi can go far
then Suhit should be given a chance. 😛

PPl..plzzzz..plzzz..relax....i mean give suhit a break....see even though we all know suhit is clearly not the best singer of the lot...but II is not a competition for the best singer....it is a show to find out the mosttt popular singer.....i mean if it wasn't so why wud they have asked for public votes and decided the winner based on votes...y not just have a winner who is perfect in sur..and let some music maestro's decide the winner..but as per the format it's clear tht popularity of the singer is more impt here than sur and voice...so leave it....suhit is popular amng some ppl...so he got votes....kya kar saktein hain.... 😆 😆 😆

agree with u on the above points..........but i feel in this competition.......age does not have ny role to play with their SINGING........richa hasn't polished her voice.......i can get ppl whu r 6-7 yrs old nd they sing like top singers.....infact i was quite surprised when she was selected 4 top 28 contestants.....nd she forgot the lyrics......even thn she was selected.....its not tht lyrics does not have a role to play...........thn all those gud singers whu wer thr also cud have hummed something nd gone off.......tht means she lacked confidence...........i really don understand how the judges selected her thr....am very very disappointed
