I don't know how he would react to this. I think in some ways it would stun him and he may be quck to reject. Because for him it may be the worst thing possible, to be married to her but only married to her for financial reasons, a marriage in name only. It was both difficult and easy for him to ask Nida. Difficult at first because he never wanted marriage, then difficult because Sanam kept flashing in his mind and in front of him. Easy because it was Nida and to marry her without expectations isn't hard (and also, though Nida has not been made aware of this, to make it clear to Nida to not to have expectations isn't so hard either). Difficult again because the weight of what he's doing doesn't escape him, hence his shaking finger during the ring exchange.
But to marry Sanam without expectation? To tell Sanam to marry him without expectation? While he may (will?) eventually agree, he most likely will first object with ferocious emotion.
Sanam seeing his objection will not have any reason to doubt anything would be completely sure he's marrying her for only financial reasons. So she would go into it expecting nothing else and would treat it in such a manner. But here, I have to ask. How long can Aahil really go on without breaking if he's married to her? It would be hell and torture. How long can he go without breaking and telling her?
On a somewhat related note, another possibility may be that Sanam finds out the truth somehow, and agrees to the marriage in order to get back her rights on Siddiqui Mansion. Hence Sanam may have a purposeful cold front and barrier. And if Aahil finds out later this is the reason she married, oh man that's another emotional whirlwind and hurdle both he and SaHil would have to go through.
