Does Asit Modi know jetha's feelings 4 babita?

When babita came to bowl,asit modi got nervous and said,"Arre baap re!Babitaji aa gayi bowling karne ke liye." or something like that.He said that as if he knows that jetha has an infatuation on babita and it will be difficult for him to bat in babita's over.How come he knows that?It's not that babita is a great bowler.Jetha was hitting a lot in her over and he could have easily taken singles but he was purposely not doing it. If asit modi also knows that jetha likes babita then how come other society members,except Mehta and iyer do not know this?😆
