I think she'll first be forced to choose Sahil....Ranveer says even that he wants it....But later realises that now she loves Ranveer...And goes to him! 😳

She will pick Varun's choice of Papa - Ranveer.

Sahil never wanted a disabled child, will have nothing to do with the hearing impaired varun.

Whereas Ranveer proposed to marry Rano to safeguard Varun and has nurtured him with all his love.

Ranvir because he has the GHANTEES. 😊

And yeah, the fact that he gets on very well with Varun may also play a part in choosing him over Saahil... but overall the GHANTEES will be the deciding factor! 😃
