Hi friends,

plz tell me which scenes you consider top 5 among the many wonderful moments created by the talented cvs and perfectly executed by the casts. here are my top 5 scenes :

1. the night when nikumbh was told to leave his room in the haveli...when he reminisced all the moments spent there and heart plunged into darkness...parallel y raghabendra was forcing yamini to wear that dress against her wish and she felt shattered by his decision and her inability to raise her voice...with the fantastic renidition '' purane khat mile hai aj ghar mein" along with the sad version of baware.

2. the 1st encounter between the leads...starting from the moment nikumbh caught the lovers talking to each other in sign lang and got inspired to write a poem/ sher...and after his famous explosive confrontation he went ahead and finished the poem forming in his head.

3.the riot wala night when they found leisure in an unlikely place to know each other properly atlast.

4. nikumbh trying to say sorry to yamini.

5.when yamini was asked to say about love and her speech made nikumbh and others dumbstruck !

mere fav scenes

1. nikumbh yamini ki first meet

2. yamini k room me nikumbh ka shayri complete krna

3. nikumbh ka dialogue hum tumhari baaton se sehmat nhi hai fir bhi bahari samrath de rhe hai

4. yamini ka nikumbh ka scooter todna aur nikumbh ka police station pahuchna

5. danga scene...jab yamini aur nikumbh shop me band hote hai aur yamini nikumbh ka lunch box open kr leti hai

I cant recall the scene when did nikumbh say that line and to whom ?

ye scene i think 1st ya 2nd episode ka hai...jab nikumbh apne dost k sath hota hai aur uska dost shaheen ki baat kr rha hota hai tab nikumbh ye dialogue marta hai

I don't know if I can name top five scenes...It's hard to rate them, really. But there are some things that really made be a fan of this show.

Nikumbh's entry

The whole scene is so beautifully shot, with the fantastic rendition of the beautiful "Purane khat" The yellowed papers flying all over the place, and Nikumbh trying so hard to pull them all together. Because every page is a khat, a reminder, a memory, a ray of light in a pile of rubbish (Diye se jal gaye khandahar mein)... His walk down the memory lane, the old rocking chair, and a few inconsequential things floating around the place. The first scene convinced me that I was going to love this show.

Yamini's walk down the memory lane

There's this shot with Yamini looking out the window of her car, and the scene goes into flashback mode. There are glimpses of Yamini when she was a child. Her father sets a caged bird free, and puts her in this virtual cage. I love the scene. the lyrics of the title track go so well with what she represents and what she is.

Pretty much all of the Nikumbh-Azam interactions

It's so natural, what they do. So full of hunor and life, and with Azam, the lighter side of Nikumbh comes out. That drunk wala scene... where he tells him that jo bhi hota hai iss dil ke sheher mein hota hai. Yeh dil, kurte ke neeche. 😆

Yamini narrating the story to her Daddu, that Nikumbh wrote

So Nikumbh was known to Yamini, before the two even met...through the column. Wonderful way for Nikumbh's thought process to come across. The clash. The guy that does not believe in love, and keeps telling it to Azam all the time... and like somebody mentioned here, the premik at heart. The guy that gets inspired when he sees two lovers talking to each other without words. It's interesting.

oh yes tanisha u have picked up the gems from the casket re ! fantastic selection i must say...but why 4...another poignant moment bhi soch kar batao. and hehe main hi woh someone hoon that mentioned nikumbh is a premik at heart on arreyar's thread ! lolz 😆

Haha... Cool. It skipped my mind tab. That he is. 😊

I dunno. Could not think of any particular scene. But I guess that scene where Nikumbh keeps staring at his burning scooter, and Yamini talking about nocturnal animals. 😆

Actually, the moment after that, when Nikumbh gives her a tiny glimpse of his past. And Yamini asking the question about what bothered him regarding his father. Both started with a better understanding of each other. Loved that scene.

No particular order.

1) The phone shop scene where Azam tries to get rid of Nikumbh, Shaheen comes in, Nikumbh teases, then leaves.😆

2) When Rastogi called Nikumbh to tell him he got a one hour slot. The touche exchange between the two of them. LOL

3) Thezam and Nikumbh exchange in the first episode where they attempt to open the Almirah while talking about Nikumbh's father--that whole long scene, which spanned a few minutes.

4)The second episode, the car scene where the narrator gives the background of Yamini and the whole scene as the female version of the title song plays.

5) Nikumbh's stages or writing poetry, and Nikumbh and Yamini's first meeting.

Not a scene but

"nocturnal janwar" 😆 That he said it as 'nocturnal janwar' caught my ears and I found it amusing
