If the child is Rounak's, there's really no point in keeping it. It's just a lot of pain and suffering for everyone (except Rounak, I guess).
Of course, what I hate about indian serials is that they're too scared to actually have their characters go through with an abortion, because of the cultural stigma surrounding it. This is unfortunate because abortion can be a real life-saver in instances of rape and incest and should be portrayed as such.

What I believe Pavitra Rishta should show is Mansi getting an abortion and not being harshly judged for it, but rather supported by her family and friends for her choice. PR should be starting a healthy dialogue about these situations. It is in the perfect position to start a dialogue, but they always shove all that backward misogynistic stuff down our throats instead of actually trying to introduce some social commentary.

Mansi should just do what she wishes to do, if she wishes to abort the child cos she truly wishes to erase that incident and Raunak from her life, she should consider abortion but go through the whole thing with a lot of thought and introspection and support from family members. It is a big decision after all.
If she wishes to abort it thinking Shashank or his family do not deserve to be pulled through this (she was shown thinking of this a few times) then she shouldn't abort rather Shashank should counsel her and assure her that the baby isn't a problem and he is willing to accept it wholeheartedly.
If she wishes to keep the baby, she should keep it and move on in life with her supportive hubby and family.
